刺し子とデニムジーンズ。刺し子嫌いだった僕が、「ん？刺し子って良いんじゃない？」と刺し子好きになるきっかけをくれた組み合わせです。見た目が格好良いのは勿論なので
刺し子とデニムジーンズ。刺し子嫌いだった僕が、「ん？刺し子って良いんじゃない？」と刺し子好きになるきっかけをくれた組み合わせです。見た目が格好良いのは勿論なのですが、「時間と一緒に作っていく」という過程がとても好きなのです。デニムの色落ちにこだわる人がいるように、刺し子をしたデニムは、その刺し子をした瞬間が終わりではなく、寧ろスタートだと思っています。刺し子をして強くなったデニムを履き込んで、ぼろぼろになったら追加で針を通して。そんな営みの行き着く先が襤褸なんだと思うんです。結果ありきの襤褸じゃなく、営みが先にくる襤褸。まだまだ英語で話すことは尽きそうにありません。 ☆ – – – ☆ I appreciate @lildenimjean for finding us.
