I have been telling people that our needle’s eye is too small to put through 2 threads. Well, a student in the workshop did it (with misunderstandings my comments) and I followed her acheivement. Yes. I did it. I could put through 2 threads. Never put the limit without trying :D. Now I can make the double-double thick stitching (I am not saying I will… ) ★
少し面白い写真を紹介。
私達の使う刺し子糸はそれなりに太く、使う刺し子針の目はとても小さいので、普段使い方をお教えする時は、「二本取り（一本通して二重に刺す）が限界ですかね〜」とご紹介しているのですが、今回この二本取りを誤解されて実際に二本の刺し子糸を通した生徒さんが。

「やろうとすればできますよ！」との言葉に、少し挑戦してみたら……できた（笑）勝手に限界を作っちゃ駄目ですね。生徒さんから学ぶことも沢山あります。四本取りの刺し子まではできそうです。するかどうかは別として。
