刺し子をお伝えして、刺し子にハマった方が作る作品に出会うこと程、嬉しいものはありません。以前、テレビの取材でも答えたのですが、僕達が目標とするのは「刺し子を教える」のではなく、「刺し子に影響を受けた」と言ってくれる作家さんと出会えること。今後も楽しみです。

It is surprising, and flattering, that I started receiving several requests to offer “Private In-Person Sashiko Class”. There are several obstacles to make it happen: Location, Time, Cost… etc. I mean I feel a bit hesitant to offer the cost, yet they say my teaching is worth the money before…
