Our Sashiko Story to Your Sashiko Journey

The photoshooting continues.

The photoshooting continues.
When Keiko and I talk about the jacket, she often says that “the completion image” is already in my head. Then, we start collecting the vintage fabric which fits her blueprint, then the blueprint changes a bit depends on the availability. We believe, the Japanese who created the Boro did the similar things. Of course, the Japanese didn’t have good amount of choices as we do today. However, again, it is a human’s pride to make oneself beautiful no matter how limited the situation is. Keiko makes much better Jacket in comparison to the time she had more choices 😀
