On top of making “one of a kind” Jackets and bags, we also make the popular “Sashiko-like” items such as placemats with Asanoha-Patterns. They are all hand-made, so there isn’t the exactly the same items. However, making the very similar design with very simmilar quality is another important aspect in sharing what Sashiko is. 今年の年初にも書きましたが、今年の目的は「販売できる作品を増やす」こと。まだまだ理想の製造能力には達していませんが、それでも、「作っていて楽しいもの」に加えて、「刺し子の王道」的なものも作っています。アート、工芸、民芸。区分けするのも大事ですが、作り手としていろんなことができるのも大事だと思うのです。
