We are very proud of the quality of our Sashiko Thread selection. The price may look a bit high, but the skein is large (About 145meter/158yard per skein) in comparison to the other brand Sashiko thread (usually about 40meter/43yard). I explain why we call it “Sashiko thread” on our Website. We offer only what we, as the Sashiko artisans, use. There are many good reasons for using our thread. Since you will spend so much time in your Sashiko stitching, I believe this is a great investment. THREAD DOES MATTER in both enjoying the process & beautiful results.
