Another pile of threads listed on our website from my collection. I am always amused by how Natural Ingredients can make this beautiful color. In our regular listing, we have the same colors with less variegation (unevenness) – same color number Purple from Logwood. Occasionally, we happen to have this variegation, which is different one by one – so we put the tag of “One of a kind”. All of our Natural Dye Sashiko Threads are one of a kind – as each time we have slightly different colors & each color is slightly different even in the same dye batch. At the same time, we believe that it is our responsibility to keep the same (as similar as possible) color regardless of the production – as a profession. These “Irregular” Colors are more like an accident, but it doesn’t mean they have less quality. Some may like these better (like I do).

They are available on our new website: SashikoStory.Com. I will keep listing what I have been collecting for the last 10 years. If you have any specific request (like color, thread type, fabric & its type… and Sashiko items), please let me know after checking our websites!
