I will make an official announcement for the details later on at @UpcycleStitches, but I will be out of my office between 12/4 and 12/8 (I know I really need to recover from “under the weather condition” for this soon…). For these 5 days, I will not be able to process the orders on our websites. If you would like to have some supplies before 12/4 or between 12/4 to 12/8, please consider placing the order now. As you may know already, I do not change the pricing during the holidays… So it is the same price today, and a week from now (I will make an announcement when I decide to increase the price due to the surrounding conditions “in advance”).

Believe it or not, both @UpcycleStitches and @SashikoStory are “One-man-Operations”. I am not ready to hire someone – as I believe, in my old-fashioned Japanese Philosophy, the “hiring” is the equivalent of being responsible for an employee’s ordinary days. When I hire someone, I cannot say “I don’t want to do this for money because it is against my passion” under the situation of not being able to pay them. I have failed several times, and I am not yet ready to commit to that. I will do everything I can as an “One-man-Operation” like shipping out the package within the same day or so… but, I really appreciate the understanding “Why I Do This”. I am not a retailer who sells Sashiko Supplies as one of their items… I sell Sashiko supplies so that I can somewhat protect cultural sustainability. Money is an important vehicle, but I as a driver decide where to go. Thank you for your understanding.
