I received another photo of Keiko’s Hand-Dye Process. This made me quite emotional when I opened the file. It was my ordinary when I was in Japan – the ordinary scenery I (had to) see. Now, I realize how precious those moments were. There are a number of hands that made our Sashiko as something inspiring. I want to do my best to protect them by sharing stories, by asking people to understand (acknowledge) the stories, by the support by people choosing what we are proudly offering. “Upcycle Stitches” exists to try to take care of the “sustainable practice”. Stories on @SashikoStory. Actual errands (small to extremely important), in @UpcycleStitches.
