New Natural Dye Sashiko Thread with “(Almost) Red” Color – one challenge Keiko did in 2021. Last year, Keiko had spent some time & money to create the “Red” Color in Natural Dye. Red is one of the most difficult dye for her to make. She once tried Cochinil (from Bugs) to make red, but she wanted to have something Botanical for this time. It is not quite “Red”, but it is a beautiful light wine red with some variegation. I plan to list this thread for sale on our special website & the link will be posted with Story on this account. Finally, I got a package from Japan.
