(Video is fast-forwarded. I am still human.)

For me, Sashiko isn’t about making one accurate stitch, or accumulating the “perfect” stitches. It is about me being in the rhythm so that I can talk to the fabric with needle & thread. It is important for me to find “good music” to enjoy Sashiko. Of course, the music changes based on the day as we feel differently every day. I am still looking for the best one for my ordinary Sashiko days.

Fabulous! Maybe try “In the Hall of the mountain king” by Grieg and/or “Bolero” by Ravel
