One of the most popular Sashiko Thread among our store… yet, it is limited so I do not always carry: The beautiful Indigo Dye, and “uneven/variegated/gradient” Sashiko thread. The origin of this thread was “by accident”. I used this thread in one Live Streaming as the “second rate” Sashiko thread. However, many people asked me if it is available or not. Since it was made “by accident”, it wasn’t easy to reproduce, yet Keiko did fantastic job to make it happen.

It is “Second Rated” item because we define the first rated is the “Solid” Dye. Yes, it is one true standard as a dye profession. At the same time, this beautiful thread got its reputation
