“We deliver what you order no matter what happens.” We have been keeping this promise since 2017. An unfortunate accident happens since I prepare a package manually, the carrier person delivers it manually, and a customer receives it manually. It may take longer to complete the order when an accident happens, but you will get what you order from us.
☆
This Holiday was very stressful under Covid-19 & high numbers of packages for holidays. We have had many “missing” packages. As of now, as long as I acknowledge, all of the cases are solved. I sincerely appreciate the customers who understood the situation.
☆
There were so many “accidents” that I needed to reconsider “what if”. While reading several legal documents, I learned that it is a seller’s responsibility to complete the delivery even if the carrier causes the accident. The only case a seller isn’t responsible is when the tracking indicates the “package is delivered”. It can be delivered to the wrong address or stolen. Although I always had solved it regardless, I didn’t know this “common sense as a seller over the Internet.” So, I decided to add insurance to All of the Packages I make. I added a small amount of mark-up fee to cover.
☆
I make each package with care. This is something I do not want to outsource. Over the Internet, a process of making a package is the only time I can have to connect to a customer. We are here to support your Sashiko Learning.

my package arrived today and I appreciated enormously the care and thought that went simply into the act of packaging and wrapping it. it felt like such a special gift and inspired reverence in opening it. thank you for your care. I am new to Sashiko but I feel I have learned something already from the intentional way you put all the items together and my pleasure in receiving it.

My package arrived today as well. It was a gift to myself and I was so happy to see the careful packaging, handwritten notes and wishes for the new year. In a time of isolation, these personal touches were so welcome.
