It is slow, but I finally started introducing (selling) some of our works as Sashiko pieces on @upcyclestitches and our new website. They are all-hand stitched/made, and therefore, most of them are one of a kind. Please follow @UpcycleStitches for the update. The Sashiko will be the “authentic Sashiko” by someone using it in their ordinary. I hope our piece will enrich the beautiful/caring life you have. 少しずつではありますが、恵子さんが制作したものを中心に、「刺し子作品」の販売も始めました。作品の写真や値段は、@UpcycleStitches にて紹介しています。写真と全く同じものは日本国内での販売は難しいかもしれませんが、似たものを特注にてお受けする事は可能です。手刺しで有るが故に、全て一点ものなので、お客様の希望を伺ってゼロから作ることはそれほど難しいことではありません。

昨日書いた、「土台」というのは、「価値を共有して下さる方がいる市場」とも良い直せます。作っても、その価値を認めて下さる方が「欲しい」と思って頂く作品でなければ駄目ですから。良いと思うものを作り、「欲しい」と思って頂ける作品として紹介し、また手仕事を理解して頂ける場を作っていく。言語に関わらず同じ使命です。「安心」をキーワードに頑張ります。
