Friday night… It was another challenging week. With debating if I should stitch or not, I decided to prepare the new batch of Murazome (Gradient) Indigo Sashiko Thread – the 2020 Collection.
☆
This shade was once an accident. Keiko made a mistake, and it ended up with the Green Uneven Colored Sashiko thread. Interestingly, this thread got the most popularity in 2018. In 2019, Keiko succeeded in recreating the recipe. Now 2020, she continues her beautiful Sashiko thread dye journey. Every skein is hand-dyed – therefore the One-of-a-kind. I finally got this package this week – after waiting for more than a month (which usually get in the US within a week or so). I will take more photos & share here.
☆
The thread is designed for the Sashiko purpose. This is the best thread amoung the thread we use + this color. This is one of my favorite (this one or Kakishibu…. Umm…) ☆

I love the green variegated thread that I just got last week. I can’t pick a favorite, they all are beautiful in their own way. 🎈
