I had shared the photo of the 009 here and there. It is because of my belief – that the Jacket 009 introduce who Keiko is as a Sashiko producer – traditional & playful. Sashiko on the vintage fabric with cranes dyed out with wind flow stitches + geometric Sashiko patchworking makes one beautiful Jacket. However, it is not the end. The playful mind is hidden, and it can only be shown to those who care “inside”, not only outside. No more words are necessary. Enjoy the 3rd photo. ☆

インスタグラムでも何度かご紹介差し上げている、とても恵子さんらしいジャケットです。遊び心というか、やっぱり「あぁ恵子さんの作品だなぁ」と思う一品です。伝統柄を組み合わせただけでもなく、また目立とうと破天荒なことをしたわけでもなく、ただ「（刺し子好きな人を）驚かせたい」という子供心がいっぱい詰まった作品のような気がしています。自分の母親を子供みたいと呼ぶのも変な話なんですけれども。

伝統的な刺し子という観点から見ると、少々ズレがあるかもしれません。それでも、相当自由な作風なのだけど、「わぁ刺し子っぽい」と思わせる所に恵子さんの力があると思っています。まだまだ違和感と安心感の境界線が曖昧です。それを探す旅をしているようなものなのかもしれません。普通に着て楽しむだけじゃなく、裏に遊び心を持たせる。どうも恵子さんはマイルドヤンキーなのではないかと思う今日この頃です（笑）
