Almost completing the shipping of Fukubukuro within Japan. Since it is all prepared individually, it takes a long time to make one shipment. We believe this “long process time” isn’t bad, especially for the Fukubukuro. (We usually ship the order very promptly). It is a time for us to think of you – Sashiko stitcher – for the year of 2020 by choosing the random items. We will start processing the Fukubukuro order outside of Japan accordingly. The Fukubukuro will be available until the 3rd week of January. It is a great deal of the year. Please check it out the details from the profile or on @upcyclestitches. ☆
Whew. Advertisement here. I will go back to introducing Keiko’s Jackets. Your support, any kinds of support including purchasing supplies from us, will help us keep going. Thank you for your patience, and thank you for your caring to what we do – Sashiko. ☆

Many ask me, “How can you make stitches so even?”. My answer is, “because I am not trying to”. There are many reasons for me sharing the Sashiko. I introduced 4 main reasons why it is important to learn posture instead of just “technique”. One of the Sashiko Cores is…

There are quite many Japanese words that require a whole essay to explain what it really means. For example, 諸先輩方 (Shosenpaigata) is the word I often use in the Japanese context, but cannot use it in English because the language doesn’t have the exact same meaning. In order to explain…
