We are so excited to hear this news from Keiko in The popular Natural Dye Sashi

atsushijp, 2019年10月27日

We are so excited to hear this news from Keiko in @Sashi.Co. The popular Natural Dye Sashiko thread with Kakishibu (Persimmon Tannin) is coming back in December 2019. They are sold out in the US stock, and I am so happy to have them here again. Because of our poor management, we couldn’t have them in stock for a year… and hopefully, from now on, we can have them in stock continuously. Regardless, we cannot have exactly the same colors and we will number them by the dye-batch and the year (for example, 1910 means October 2019). So exciting to stitch with these beautiful Gold, Brown, and Black (Gray) from nature.

This is one typical “Sashiko Furoshiki” we can find in History. We make similar items by following a similar design. Have you ever wondered why they stitched Sashiko in this pattern?
