In last 3 months, I had written more than 30 articles in Patreon. People sometimes wonder, “how can you write so much from one simple subject, Sashiko?” Well. Sashiko is my life now. I don’t drink, smoke, nor gamble (anymore). I used to drink, smoke, and gamble A LOT… While the normal adults enjoy social life, I focus on my daughter, house-making, and Sashiko. I can do Sashiko while doing something else, but imput is limiting. I can watch a “Walking Dead” but not “Game of thrones”. Output is also limited because both hands are stitching. Therefore, I have so many hours of talking to myself. Of course, I have many stories to share – from the hidden drawers that I received in my childhood that I have once forgotten. Your support on my journey of sharing the Sashiko we practice on Patreon is very much appreciated. One day, when I publish a book, I want to say thank you for supporting us from the very beginning. ☆

Patreonという会員制で書いている長文記事。30本を超えました。「（たかが）刺し子で、よくそれだけ文章が書けるよね」と言われることもあります。自分自身、刺し子を商売として捉えていた頃では考えられなかった芸当です。でも、不思議では全く有りません。

禁煙禁酒禁賭結婚子育て。菜食中心時々鶏肉。修行僧の様な生活を案外楽しめて居ます。昔は飲んで遊んで賭け事して。普通の36歳は晩酌しているだろう時間を、飲み会に行っているだろう時間を、女の子とデートしているだろう時間を、刺し子しています。僕の日々は、子育てと家事と刺し子です（笑）「ながら作業ができる刺し子」ですが、ぼーっとテレビを見ることはできてもインプットは難しい。両手が塞がる為、アウトプットも限られる。だから配信なんです。そして、配信外では、ひたすら自分と語るんです。しかも、30分とかじゃなく、何時間何百時間……と。刺し子をしている方ならわかるとは思いますが、文字にすると苦痛に思えるだろうその時間が、あっという間に過ぎ、でも、「考えたこと」は残るんです。だから書ける。だから伝えなきゃと思う。刺し子をしながら自分にツッコミを入れている感じです。まぁ、逆を言うと、雑念が多すぎて針目はまだまだ未熟なんでしょうけれど（笑）
