After enjoying a beautiful day with daughter and friends, I just realize my voice was gone when I woke up at midnight. I felt no symptoms of sickness, (although I felt the difficulty of uttering the words last evening), so it was a quite surprise. I think it is getting better. Although I believe the Sashiko can be introduced by making “the authentic” one that we define, yet, the voice is also an important way to communicate to share the Sashiko we practice. Well. I got to learn how to take care of myself as well.

邪な考えが入ったからか、あるいは偶然か、声が出なくなりましたー。熱が出た訳じゃないので、風邪とかじゃないとは思うのですが、一日娘と遊んで、友達の家で夕飯作りつつ、「あれ……声が出にくい」と思って一晩寝て、深夜に目が冷めた時には声が出なくなってました。徐々に回復しているので火曜日の配信には間に合うかなー。それにしても吃驚。相変わらず体は弱いのです。
