I completed the 2nd Sashiko denim for the customer. This journey is my new challenge to “feel” what Sashiko is for me by adding Sashiko stitching on a client denim jeans. I am open to accept the new denim. If you are interested, please check the article from the profile link. For example, with this much stitching & the same design (as photos show), it will be about $110 or so with shipping – and I believe it is a very good deal for this types of commission – this is the exclusive pricing until I complete this journey.

I plan to have at most 2~3 jeans at once. I will work on first-come first-serve base for now (later, I prioritize the jeans with more stories from the clients). 刺し子を向き合いたいという思いから始めた「100本の刺し子デニム」。2本目のデニムをお客様にお届けしました。同じ柄。同じ糸。同じ運針。条件をどれだけ同じにしても、人間とは面白いもので、その時の気持ちが布に入ります。それがジーンズのように普段から着ることを意識されている衣類であれば、尚更です。100本の刺し子を通して、また自分と向き合えたら良いなぁと思っています。

依頼者からデニムジーンズを預かり、最低時給で実際に刺し子をした時間を計算してご報酬を頂く形を取っています。日本の方でも依頼はして頂けるのですが、国際郵便の送料か、あるいは相当お待ち頂く形（日本からの荷物に同封する形）になるので、是非自分でデニムに刺し子ができるように運針を学んで頂けたら嬉しいです。写真のデニムで約12時間の刺し子です。運針会オンラインバージョン、夏に開始できるように頑張ります！
