A swatch of Hitomezashi Sashiko with latest Kakishibu Thread & Vintage Oshima Silk dyed by mud. Japanese vintage fabric is beautiful by itself, and Sashiko can enhance the beauty as well as the strength. This swatch will be a part of Keiko’s another project. The blueprint of the next project is only in Keiko’s mind, so wait for the update when she is done 😀

その配信で話題に出た、「古布（泥染め大島」と一目刺しの組み合わせ。使った糸は去年最後に染めた柿渋染め糸です。こういった刺し布を組み合わせて、一つの作品にします。そのプロセスは恵子さんにしか見えてないので、また完成品をお楽しみにして頂ければ。古布と刺し子の楽しみを覚えると、また一つ刺し子の幅が広がると思います！
