The new Denim Project, “Patchworked Sashiko Denim” is 80% done. Well, at least, it gets back to the shape of the pants. ☆
I started this project without any plans. So, I didn’t even measure the length of swatch and didn’t number the parts. Next time, I will work on with more plans precisely. But hey, it looks “interesting”.

8割程、デニムパッチワークジーンズが完了しました。というか、一応履ける形にはなりました（笑）ノリで始まり、番号も振らず定規も使わず……という、はちゃめちゃなプロジェクトですが、相当に楽しめました。時期プロジェクトは、もう少し丁寧にやります（笑）。

After saying bye to my daughter at Day Summer Camp, my wife and I spent a good 5 hours cleaning the house. Mainly Deep Carpet Cleaning (with always ending up with the agreement to get hardwood floor the “next” summer), and other laminated floor scrubbing with Zokins. I enjoy this…
Keiko will have another Sashiko exhibition in April. This time, a Sashiko exhibition in a Buddhist temple. I hope we will have some photos available for those who cannot visit the exhibition (including Atsushi myself). ☆ Instead, Atsushi will be in NYC for April 13th and 14th, with Workshop planned….

Q: When doing ふきん, do we just leave the back stitches exposed? And do people really use it as ふきん (after putting all that time into it)? 😯
