Another Private Boro & Sashiko Workshop in Japan with Keiko. The workshop available in Japan is only for a private person/group, and not structured well enough to “teach” Sashiko techinique. It is more like a “opportunity” to stitch together with Keiko with a pile of Vintage fabric and Natural Dye Sashiko Thread.

It isn’t cheap (well, very reasonable for the amount of Boro-to-be fabric and natural dye thread in the workshop), and there is a language barrior (Keiko only speaks Japanese). Atsushi is not available there for translating. I always worry about how it goes, but always hear back that the participants enjoy the time. ★
We really want to share the “fun” part of Sashiko. Not Business. Not formality. We believe by having fun together, we can also share the beautiful aspect of Sashiko & Boro Culture

久々に海外からのお客様を受け入れて、恵子さんの「襤褸っぽいの一緒に作ろ」的なプライベートワークショップでした。練られた体系があるワークショップではありませんが、恵子さんの刺し子や、襤褸に対する考え方等を学べて、且つ沢山の古布や草木染め糸と戯れることができる楽しい時間です。簡単に言えば、一緒に刺し子しましょ。質問には随時答えるよ、的な時間です。

とは言え、英語と日本語。いつもドキドキして（常に淳は待機状態）いますが、やっぱり楽しんで貰えることが一番だなぁと思うのです。

奇跡の緑のむら染めで紺地に麻の葉を刺し始めたのですが、刺すと全然違いますね。
