Want to Apply Sashiko Stitching to the Denim Jeans? Here is an opportunity for you to learn the basic Sashiko & then stitch together on your own garment. Tatter Blue Libeary (@tatterbluelibrary). It is an honor to offer the day-long experience in Sashiko on 9/29 (SAT) with collaborating to Tatter.
★
Although the workshop is divided by 2 sections, I strongly recommend you to take both to maximize the experience. By learning the basic, the Sashiko with denim can be much more fun. The more information can be found in their website (https://www.tatter.org/).
★
こちらも9月のワークショップのご案内です。1日かけて、「ジーンズに刺し子をする」というテーマで、ワークショップをしてきます。淳の主戦場のテーマなのに、なんだかんだで初めてなので、こちらもドキドキ。

Fabric doesn’t become “Boro” without stitching. We call that Japanese hand-stitching, resulting in Boro, as Sashiko. I am proud of our journey of sharing Sashiko today, which is like creating the future of Boro by enjoying Sashiko. We also keep making Sashiko pieces. Let’s surprise the world together ☆ New…
