Alright. Thank you for enjoying a series of our “wow” project of Sashiko Jacket. The reverse side of it. A person can wear as a whole new jacket (Beautiful Green Vintage Fabric), but the concept here was to have “Both side of the fabric beautiful” following the Sashiko traditions.

On the front, Katazome Crane. On the back, Sashiko Stitched Crane. Wearable art with Japanese craftmanship. (We have a twin Jacket to this made from the same vintage fabric. Next time I will share the other Jacket.)

やっとできた。引き続き、リバーシブルとご紹介した刺し子ジャケットの紹介です。実際、リバーシブルで着て頂くことも想定しつつ、「内側も綺麗である刺し子」を体現するために作ってあります。外の型染めの鶴が、内側では刺し子で飛ぶ。ちょいと昔の日本人の意地を再現できたかなぁと恵子さんを褒め称えたいのです。手前味噌ですが。
