Keiko had a great opporunity to talk to the PT (Physical Therapist) professional about Sashiko. Yes. We believe that Sashiko is merely a form of stitching, but Sashiko can be more than just stitching. So excited to study more about its history. This is amazing! So beautiful! I finally took my first Sashiko class on Saturday and I am hooked!! Unfortunately, the arthritis in my left thumb was killing me after I played with Sashiko for hours! I guess I’ll not try to do it for too long at a time! It is so fun and truly addicting!!
