Ever since I became a stay-at-home dad, the weekends are the time to NOT to have the needles. Especially now, she goes to day care during the week days, I try to spend as much time as together… The day without a needle.
Yet, Sashiko is always with me.
The mending project in a few months ago with the Card Case is going well by just using it. Stitched&Mending, then only using it will make it better. I love how it turns out.

Upon a request. Here is the “inside” of Atsushi’s “on-going” Boro Jacket. “Inside” is usually a “hiding” side, which deeply related to the Japanese sense of shame… so, if I were a peasant from the 17 century in Japan, I may not be sharing this photo. ☆ From the Art…

One advised me once saying: “If your goal is to pass down Sashiko, why don’t you focus on ‘marketing’?”.. Very good point, indeed. I am very bad at presenting myself & what we do. However, I would rather be a stubborn & difficult person than an influencer with sweet talks….

That’s a beautiful card case. I like how you’ve integrated stitching as a beautiful part of your everyday life.
