Today’s live was full of “Kasane (=Overlay Stitchng)” Kasane is the basic of Sashiko, yet it is troublesome to do. Kasane play a role as a knot in Sashiko stitching. After washing the product lightly, we will cut all the leftover thread so called “Itokiri”

For today, the photo of all the un-cut thread. I hope to finish this on Friday… or next week!

今日のライブ配信は”重ね祭り”。
刺し子の基本とはいえ、やっぱり重ねは大変です。重ねをすると玉止めの代わりとなります。刺し終わったら一度水通しをして、糸切りをします。

とりあえず糸きり前の糸だらけの状況の写真。
