Well…I don’t like this kind of announcement… but, it is necessary at some point… I decided to increase the pricing for our Online Sashiko Class. I receive quite many voices saying that they are waiting for the best time to take it. For those who wish to take the Online Sashiko Class, but not ready yet, I am offering the “Price Fix” option for a limited time period. No commitment needed, but only serious cases, please.
☆
Let me explain our Online Sashiko Class once again. The Sashiko Class is a hybrid of 2 styles of learning. (1) Learn Sashiko’s Core & Essence by watching videos & practicing at your pace. This can be done at any time you want within a year or so. Then, (2) Live Session to confirm your learning & follow-up for any other questions & struggle you may experience. With completing the Live Session, I am confident that I can offer the same experience as the “In-Person” Workshop. Please be advised that I only offer the Live Sashiko Class (Session) for those who complete (1). If you would like to take it as soon as possible, please consider registering for it now as I just opened up several seats for the month of May.
☆
The details of our Online Sashiko Class are available from the Profile Link. You can find the “Price Fix” offer on the Online Sashiko Class Registration Page. Thank you!

It requires a well-developed skill and experience to have the thread dyed with Kakishibu, Persimmon tannin, Dyed. We had several batches in 2018, and we have some in stock in the US market (and in Japan for other international shipping.) Each color has a limited amount, and for this Kakishibu…

I have uploaded several tutorial videos on “How to Keep Your Sashiko Thread in a Good Shape”. I say out loud that the Sashiko Thread Matters: Not “any thread is fine” in Sashiko, especially if you would like to enjoy it & have a great result in maximum capacity.  ☆…

Would you like to treat yourself with hours of Sashiko stitching for this winter? Finally, the “Sashiko Furoshiki DIY” kit is available in the U.S. for sale. Keiko’s favorite pattern is pre-printed on the beautiful Indigo dye cotton fabric (the best fabric we use for Sashiko stitching). It is so…

For art to be completely sustainable it has to sustain the artists and teachers too. It is important to be fair and respectful to yourself; as you are to Sashiko.
