“Asano-Ha (Hemp Leave)” Pattern. It is one of my first choice when I do Sashiko Project. It looks a bit complicated, but it is the best and most efficient pattern to learn Sashiko. The (almost) infinate spread of Asano-ha pattern makes me very calm, as if I am in meditation. Asano-ha it is.

ワークショップの準備 = 手持ちの刺し子の整理。少し前、配信を始める前の刺し子になりますが、やっぱり麻の葉はどれだけ刺しても気持ちが良いなぁと思うのです。ま、ずーっとやってる模様ですからね。飽きる時もありますが、でもやっぱりここに戻ってくる。眺めるだけでも、なぜか気持ちが落ち着いてきます。
