Ever since I became a stay-at-home dad, the weekends are the time to NOT to have the needles. Especially now, she goes to day care during the week days, I try to spend as much time as together… The day without a needle.
Yet, Sashiko is always with me.
The mending project in a few months ago with the Card Case is going well by just using it. Stitched&Mending, then only using it will make it better. I love how it turns out.

子育ての主を担うようになって、週末は針を持たないようにしています。特に娘を保育園に預けるようになって、週末はできるかぎり一緒に時間を過ごしたく。

針を持たない日。
でも、刺し子は常に。

以前補修した刺し子カードケース。
使う度に馴染んで、良い感じになっています。 「時を刻む作業」
刺し子はそんな素敵なものだと思っているのです。
